Customer Service Representative

Launched in 2020, MANTLE has rapidly gained international recognition for its award-winning formulations and bold marketing. After rapid and significant growth in the Swedish market, MANTLE is now expanding its product range and is ready to accelerate growth internationally.
You will join a highly motivated team, determined to make MANTLE a global beauty brand – while also contributing to positive change within the beauty industry.
This is a part-time position (50%) and can be combined with studies, but requires you to be in the office 1-2 days per week.
To thrive in the role, you should be comfortable working in a digital work environment and be able to switch between different forums such as comment sections, mail, chats, and order management programs. We believe that you are fast on the keyboard, a natural problem-solver and, like us, skincare junkies. You should also enjoy cultivating relationships and possess excellent communicative skills in both English and Swedish. German speaking and writing is a plus.
Profile & qualifications:
- A great communicator both written and spoken in Swedish and English.
- A person who values outstanding and personal customer experience and service.
- Highly ambitious, prestigeless and driven to take own initiatives.
- Passionate about your job and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
- A natural problem solver, constantly removing obstacles and simplifying things, with an understanding of technical connections and how different digital systems are connected.
- A motivated, energy generous and creative team-player who enjoys challenges and has a growth-mindset.
- Be obsessed about skincare.
- A great communicator both written and spoken in Swedish and English. German is a plus.
Meriting skills and experiences:
- Experience from customer service.
Contract type: Permanent with 6 months probation period. Start date in August.
