MANTLE is now seeking for a CFO to lead an area of critical importance. You will drive financial and operational excellence, maximizing long-term value creation while ensuring rigorous financial control and operational improvements. Your role will also be essential in securing venture funding, investor relations, and driving excellence in financial reporting and business performance analysis.

Scope of role

As CFO, you will hold a broad, dynamic role with both operational and strategic responsibilities. You will:

- Collaborate closely with the CEO as a strategic partner, enhancing the finance function and driving business control improvements.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and forecasting, ensuring that our financial processes support rapid growth.

- Oversee accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accurate financial data and enabling well-informed, fact-based decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change projects that strengthen the company’s profitable growth.

- Build and maintain a financial dashboard to monitor key metrics and support the CEO in risk management, capital acquisition, and external relations.

Qualifications

- Relevant academic degree (e.g., business, finance, or engineering).

- 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally as CFO, Finance Manager, and/or Controller.
- Strong financial planning, cash management, and analytical skills and are comfortable diving into details when necessary.

- Data-driven mindset, and fluency in Excel and financial tools.

- Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic initiatives.

- Experience with e-commerce, physical products, or stock management is a plus
