Ecom & CRM specialist (maternity cover)
Join MANTLE and play a crucial role in building the beauty brand of the future. Launched in 2020, MANTLE has rapidly gained international recognition for its award-winning formulations and bold marketing. After rapid and significant growth in the Swedish market, MANTLE is now expanding its product range and is ready to accelerate growth internationally.
You will join a highly motivated team, determined to make MANTLE a global beauty brand – while also contributing to positive change within the beauty industry.
We are now looking for an ambitious and driven E-commerce & CRM Specialist to join our commercial team and support our continued global growth.
This is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave for approximately one year, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. Start date: mid-August.
As our E-commerce & CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in driving our digital growth by optimising the full customer journey — from first touchpoint to repeat purchase. You will work hands-on with our e-commerce platform and CRM channels to improve conversion, increase retention, and maximise customer lifetime value.
You will support the planning and execution of campaigns, optimise the onsite experience, manage CRM flows and campaigns, and analyse performance to continuously improve results. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and growth teams to ensure a seamless and high-performing digital experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of e-commerce, customer behaviour, and performance marketing. You are curious about data, passionate about customer experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
We believe you have a growth mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to turn insights into actions that drive measurable impact.
