KAM / Wholesale Manager

You will join a highly motivated team, determined to make MANTLE a global beauty brand – while also contributing to positive change within the beauty industry.
Are you ready to take the reins and lead some of the most exciting wholesale accounts. We're looking for someone to grow and nurture a portfolio of key players. You’ll be the strategic mind and trusted advisor behind strong partnerships, brilliant execution, and seamless cross-functional collaboration — all while playing a key role in our growth journey. You’ll report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and work hand in hand with passionate colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and drive account plans aligned with our commercial goals.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and turn them into long-term wins.
- Lead (or support) negotiations with clarity and confidence.
- Ensure our brand is represented beautifully in-store and online.
- Monitor performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional peers.
Are You the One We’re Looking For?
- You bring several years of experience in relationship-based B2B sales.
- You have proven experience in sales or wholesale within the beauty industry.
- You’ve led projects or people — formally or informally.
- You have a background in beauty, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG.
- You hold a university degree and are comfortable with data.
- You speak fluent Swedish and English (bonus if you know another Nordic language).
You’re commercially sharp and love balancing strategy with hands-on execution. You’re a clear communicator, a natural relationship builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
