You will join a highly motivated team, determined to make MANTLE a global beauty brand – while also contributing to positive change within the beauty industry.
As the Key Account Manager Wholesale for MANTLE, your primary responsibility is to drive the growth of wholesale sales and nurture existing relationships with these partners. You will play a key role in developing these partnerships; capturing more for the brand to grow and find more fans for our brand and products.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Win and drive growth with key accounts. Primary focus Nordics.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profit targets within the wholesale segment.
- Negotiate favorable trading agreements to enhance the brand's competitiveness and market presence.
- Regularly analyse and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- In collaboration with the team, develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at driving sales and brand visibility within the retail and distribution channels.
- Work closely with the CEO, Head of New Markets, and Digital Growth Director to ensure commercial alignment, and drive synergies between wholesale, marketing, PR, and growth efforts.
Additionally, we expect you to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners across EMEA, serving as the primary point of contact.
The role includes determination of optimal in-store assortments and visual merchandising strategies across various channels.
- Address stock issues promptly, including overstock and understock situations, to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Manage the budget for testers/samples and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Profile & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing wholesale accounts, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (beauty, wellness and/or fashion) with experience in Nordics.
- Proven network of retail contacts in the relevant markets.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and ability to act on strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in report preparation and data analysis to drive strategic recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in a high-growth setting, with a keen business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
